Job Requirements

physical fitness and ability to be on feet most of the day
ability to lift items up to 50 pounds and push or pull heavy objects
ability to bend and kneel to complete some activities
flexible attitude toward working shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
basic literacy skills including reading, writing, and math

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
strong attention to detail
excellent customer service skills
ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties

making sure every single room is at its absolute best for our guests
helping our guests in any way you can whether they’ve forgotten their toothbrush or just need to find the elevator
keeping your supervisor in the loop by advising them of any progress or problems
monitoring and controlling supplies to minimize waste
doing your best to reunite guests with any lost or misplaced items
regularly assisting with deep clean projects
