Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent or experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or move objects
- Ability to stand during entire shift
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive friendly courteous and service-oriented manner

- Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to provide attentive friendly courteous and service-oriented interactions
- Physical ability to stand for entire shift
- Experience with cleaning and housekeeping procedures
Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies cleaning supplies and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
- Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
- Keep all hallways public areas and closets clean neat and vacuumed
- Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day use
- Replenish chemical bottles
- Report all missing items from room to Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
- Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
- Handle items for Lost and Found according to standards
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
