Job Requirements
- Physical fitness to be on feet most of the day
- Strength to lift items up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy objects
- Ability to bend and kneel as required by tasks
- Basic literacy including reading, writing, and math
- Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear protective gear

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic literacy skills including reading, writing, and math
- Flexible attitude towards shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to adhere to safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Make sure rooms are always at their best and meet high standards
- Help guests with requests such as providing toiletries or directions
- Keep supervisor updated on room service progress and alert them to repairs needed
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as required
- Keep organized by managing supplies and minimizing waste
- Reunite items with owners and log lost and found property
- Wear uniform with pride and maintain a smart appearance
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed
- Monitor and control supplies and amenities
- Report and log lost and found items according to procedures
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments
- Assist with deep cleaning projects
