Job Requirements

  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
  • Physical stamina to be on feet most of the day
  • Strength to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy objects
  • Ability to bend and kneel to complete tasks
  • Basic literacy skills including reading, writing, and math
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
  • Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing protective equipment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and hotel standards
  • Basic literacy skills including reading, writing, and math
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Make sure rooms, suites, and hotel areas are clean and welcoming
  • Help guests by providing amenities or directions
  • Keep supervisor updated on room service progress and report repairs
  • Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment
  • Manage supplies and minimize waste
  • Log lost and found items and return to owners
  • Assist with deep cleaning and turndown duties as needed
