Job Requirements

  • Physical fitness to be on feet most of the day
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms
  • willingness to perform bending and kneeling tasks
  • basic reading, writing and math skills

Job Duties

  • Make sure rooms are always at their best and meet company standards
  • assist guests with needs such as providing toiletries or directions
  • keep supervisor updated on room service progress and alert for repairs
  • follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment when needed
  • maintain organization of supplies and minimize waste
  • log lost and found property and attempt to reunite items with owners
  • wear uniform with pride and maintain a smart appearance
  • perform ad-hoc duties as required
  • monitor and control supplies and amenities
  • report all lost and found items according to procedures
  • collaborate with other departments for quality service
  • assist with deep cleaning and turndown duties
