Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms
  • Communicate effectively with guests regarding their needs and requests
  • Ensure all room amenities are replenished and in working order
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist in general housekeeping duties as assigned
  • Support team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction
