HHM Hotels supports career advancement with clear growth opportunities in the housekeeping department, making it an excellent choice for individuals seeking long-term employment in the hospitality industry.

The Room Attendant role at HHM Hotels is essential in upholding the cleanliness and order of guest accommodations. Working as a Room Attendant involves meticulously cleaning guest rooms to meet established standards within designated time frames, ensuring every stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, changing linens, replacing towels, and restocking amenities. Attention to detail is paramount as attendants also clean and polish furniture and fixtures, dust walls and equipment, and report necessary repairs to management. Beyond cleaning, the role requires courteous and friendly interactions with guests, aiming to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

HHM Hotels also emphasizes core values such as "People Are Our Capability," "Hearts That Serve," "Only Excellence," "Stay Nimble," and "Own It," reflecting a culture of dedication, resilience, and pride in work. These principles guide daily operations and employee interactions, fostering a supportive team environment where everyone can contribute to the company’s shared success. The role requires physical stamina, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 20 pounds, and using cleaning chemicals safely, making it suited for individuals who are active and conscientious about their work.
