This part-time or full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $17.00 to $18.50 per hour, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals looking to grow their careers in the hospitality industry. The Housekeeper will be responsible for the thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms according to established quality standards, ensuring that each room is spotless, comfortable, and ready for the next guest. Their duties will include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors, changing bed linens and replenishing towels and amenities, as well as cleaning and polishing furniture and fixtures. Housekeepers are also expected to be attentive to details such as dusting walls and equipment and notifying management of any necessary repairs to maintain the upkeep of guest rooms.

Beyond routine cleaning tasks, the Housekeeper is encouraged to engage positively with guests, greeting them warmly to foster a welcoming atmosphere and promote guest satisfaction. This role may also involve performing house person and lobby attendant duties during busy periods or staffing shortages, showcasing the diverse skills and flexibility required. Comfort with following safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and compliance with MSDS and OSHA standards, is essential to ensure a safe working environment.
