They pride themselves on fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where employees have clear paths for professional growth within the company.

Within this framework, HHM Hotels is seeking motivated individuals to join their housekeeping team as Room Attendants. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms, ensuring every visitor enjoys a safe and inviting stay. Currently available as both full-time and part-time opportunities, the role offers competitive wages and a wealth of benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401k company match, and additional perks like travel discounts and wellness programs.

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms thoroughly according to established standards and within designated timeframes. This includes sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming floors, changing bed linens, replenishing towels and amenities, and polishing furniture and fixtures. They also handle the dusting of furniture, walls, and equipment, contributing to the overall sanitary environment of the hotel. The role requires awareness of guest satisfaction scores and a commitment to enhancing overall guest experience by delivering impeccable room maintenance.

In addition to cleaning duties, Room Attendants are expected to greet guests warmly when interacting to provide a friendly and professional service atmosphere. When necessary, they assist with house person duties and lobby attendant responsibilities during periods of high demand or staff shortages. Reporting maintenance needs promptly ensures that any repairs to guest rooms are addressed quickly, maintaining the quality standards of the hotel.

The role demands physical stamina as it involves standing for long periods and performing activities such as walking, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, squatting, kneeling, and lifting items weighing up to 20 pounds. Candidates should also be comfortable handling cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly.

This position offers clear growth opportunities starting from Housekeeping Supervisor advancing to Assistant Executive Housekeeper and eventually ascending to Executive Housekeeper. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma preferred and demonstrable housekeeping experience or equivalent training. Strong communication skills in English are required to interact effectively with management and guests.

Joining HHM Hotels means becoming part of a company culture centered on their core beliefs: People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It.
