The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to ensure they meet the hotel's established standards. Additionally, you will notify management about necessary repairs and process any guest items left behind according to the hotel’s lost and found policy. This role also requires practicing safe work habits, wearing protective equipment, and adhering to safety regulations such as OSHA and MSDS standards. \n\nRoom Attendants may also be called upon to perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods, highlighting the need for flexibility and teamwork within the department. A key part of this role is to remain aware of guest satisfaction scores and actively contribute to improving overall guest satisfaction.
