The role of the Housekeeping Attendant is integral to our hotel operations. This full-time position plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest room areas, including both the bedrooms and bathrooms. The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all assigned rooms and spaces according to the company's rigorous standards. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and a proactive attitude towards daily tasks and special requests. In addition to cleaning duties, the attendant is also responsible for maintaining the cleaning cart and linen closets, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked and organized for efficient workflow. Accurate and timely completion of paperwork related to assigned tasks is also a critical component of this job. Being flexible with working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential because of the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.

Job Requirements
- May be required to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a standard office environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer 6-8 hours a day
- Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday
- Frequent fine motor skills use of hands and fingers for keyboarding typing utilizing a mouse or trackpad writing and operating office equipment
- Occasionally required to stand walk bend reach or carry items
- Ability to lift and or move 10-25 pounds as needed e g files office supplies
- Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods and color differentiation for certain roles
- Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings use phone and or headset

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain the guest room areas including bathroom and bedroom according to company standards
- Organize and stock cleaning cart and organize linen closets as assigned
- Complete assigned paperwork in an accurate and timely fashion
- Perform other duties as assigned such as cleaning spills or executing special guest requests
