Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one month of related experience in customer service or hospitality
- ability to stand and move for at least 75 percent of the work time
- capability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a front desk agent or in a similar customer service role
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
- strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- fluency in English
- additional language skills are a plus
Job Duties
- greet and check in guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- assist guests with inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities
- manage reservations and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- process guest check-outs and handle billing procedures accurately
- respond to guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance overall guest experience
