Job Requirements
- Ability to speak clearly and distinctly, both in person and on the telephone
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

- ability to stand for long periods of time
- work in a no smoking area
- must be able to work flexible hours/days and overtime as required
- must be able to work week-ends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of daily hotel operations
- must be able to communicate both in person and on the telephone with a wide variety of individuals

Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms
- change sheets daily and make beds
- clean bathrooms
- dust
- mop
- deliver extra towels, tissue, soap, etc. when requested
- provide "turn down" service if requested
- clean kitchen areas including all appliances and wash dishes
- empty trash
- note any problems in guest's rooms in need of repair and report to Executive Housekeeper
- assist guests with information
- all other duties as assigned
