Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and be active on your feet for most of the day
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and push or pull heavy objects
- Willingness to bend, kneel, and complete physically demanding tasks
- Basic literacy skills with reading, writing, and math
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Literacy skills including reading, writing, and basic math
- Experience in a housekeeping or similar role preferred but not required
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, lifting, and standing for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible attitude towards work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Making sure every single room is at its absolute best for our guests
- Helping our guests in any way you can – whether they’ve forgotten their toothbrush or just need to find the elevator
- Keeping your supervisor in the loop by advising them of any progress or problems
- Monitoring and controlling supplies to minimise waste
- Doing your best to reunite guests with any lost or misplaced items
- Regularly assisting with deep clean projects
