As a Room Attendant, you will directly influence the overall guest experience by maintaining cleanliness and being responsive to guest needs. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and ensuring that bathrooms are pristine. You will also replenish guest amenities such as towels, toiletries, and coffee supplies, handle and clean laundry according to established procedures, and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to the appropriate department.
Additionally, maintaining cleanliness in all assigned public areas, adhering to safety and security protocols, and following all hotel policies and procedures are essential aspects of this role. Providing excellent customer service by promptly and professionally responding to guest requests and concerns will enable you to contribute positively to the guests' stay and the hotel's reputation. Prior housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods. Weekend and holiday work may occasionally be required to meet operational demands.
