Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to hotel policies
  • Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Duties

  • Provide cleaning services such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing walls, windows, and mirrors in designated hotel areas
  • Replace linens, replenish amenities, and make beds in guestrooms
  • Respond to guests' special requests and complaints
  • Maintain overall cleanliness and orderliness of hotel public areas
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure excellent service
  • Adhere to hotel safety and sanitation standards
  • Support team members and management as needed
