Job Duties

  • Creates guest satisfaction and exceeds expectations by providing service brand behavior and genuine hospitality
  • Cleans assigned guest rooms or suites per brand standards including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, arranging furniture, and cleaning bathrooms
  • Maintains cleaning protocols
  • Empties all trash containers and replaces liners
  • Restocks useable items in guest rooms like soap, towels, amenities, and paper items
  • Ensures removal and disposition of guest room trays, glass, and silverware
  • Cleans and vacuums exterior entry and hallways
  • Keeps linen closets and supply areas clean and organized
  • Ensures guest laundry and dry-cleaning orders are attended to promptly
  • Notifies supervisor of any special guestroom issues or maintenance needs
  • Handles guest complaints or requests promptly and escalates if needed
  • Secures all rooms or suites upon leaving
  • Provides the Radisson experience through performance demonstrating genuine hospitality
  • Gives personal attention and uses teamwork when providing guest service
