Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or similar role
Proven problem solving capabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to guest safety and security

Ability to work independently and follow hotel procedures

Job Duties

Clean guest rooms and common areas daily
Replace linens on beds and replenish guest room supplies
Rearrange furnishings, drapes, and room accessories
Report damages, hazards, and maintenance needs
Handle lost and found items and record details
Clean corridors and service areas
Ensure pass key security and proper return
