Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry loads weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to push and pull wheeled carts weighing 50 to 100 lbs
  • Ability to extend arms overhead, scrub, bend, and stoop for extended periods
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Capability to meet daily cleaning deadlines of at least 13 rooms

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping room attendant experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the job

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly addressing requests with genuine engagement and thoughtfulness
  • Ensure prompt return of lost or forgotten items to guests
  • Prepare cleaning carts with all necessary supplies for efficient room cleaning
  • Dust surfaces, dispose of trash, clean bathrooms, and refresh bed linens and towels in guest rooms
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness ensuring every detail is perfect
  • Report supply levels and equipment issues promptly
  • Meet daily productivity targets including cleaning a minimum of 13 rooms per day
