Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry loads weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to push and pull wheeled carts weighing 50 to 100 lbs
- Ability to extend arms overhead, scrub, bend, and stoop for extended periods
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Capability to meet daily cleaning deadlines of at least 13 rooms
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping room attendant experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the job
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly addressing requests with genuine engagement and thoughtfulness
- Ensure prompt return of lost or forgotten items to guests
- Prepare cleaning carts with all necessary supplies for efficient room cleaning
- Dust surfaces, dispose of trash, clean bathrooms, and refresh bed linens and towels in guest rooms
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness ensuring every detail is perfect
- Report supply levels and equipment issues promptly
- Meet daily productivity targets including cleaning a minimum of 13 rooms per day
