Job Requirements
- Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing sheets, arranging towels, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, and rearranging rooms after guest check out
- Ensure rooms are cared for according to brand and Island Hospitality Management standards
- Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, or disturbances
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds regularly
- Flexible scheduling based on guest occupancy and season
- Reliable and punctual attendance
Job Qualifications
- Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- Effective problem-solving skills including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems
- Ability to work well in stressful situations
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
