Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
  • physical ability to perform duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • strong attention to detail
  • capacity to follow safety protocols
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • flexible availability to work varied shifts
  • willingness to wear uniform and maintain professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Make sure rooms are always at their best, help guests with requests such as toothbrushes or directions, keep supervisor updated on room service progress and alert for repairs needed, follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment, keep organized on supplies and amenities while minimizing waste, log and manage lost and found property, wear uniform with pride, perform ad-hoc duties as needed, monitor and control supplies and minimize waste, report and log lost and found items, work as part of a team and communicate with other departments, assist with deep cleaning projects, perform turndown duties, assist with other duties as assigned
