- Previous experience or willingness to train in hotel cleaning services
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Capable of standing and moving for long periods
- Able to handle physical workload including lifting and pushing carts
- Available to work shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Clean rooms and suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service
- Clean floors and vacuum
- Change linens and make beds
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly
- Report discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests
- Work typical shifts including weekends and holidays when required
