Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 100 pounds
- Ability to squat, bend, kneel, twist and stand for long periods
- Willingness to follow hotel policies and maintain a drug-free workplace
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one-year hospitality experience in housekeeping
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively

- Ability to clean multiple room types and meet daily cleaning quota

Job Duties
- Creates guest satisfaction and exceeds expectations by providing the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality
- Cleans assigned guest rooms or suites per brand standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, arranging furniture, and cleaning bathrooms
- Maintains cleaning protocols
- Empties all trash containers and replaces with fresh liners
- Restocks usable items in guest rooms such as soap, towels, amenities, and paper products
- Ensures removal and proper disposition of guest trays, glass, and silverware
- Cleans and vacuums exterior entry and hallways
- Keeps linen closets and supply areas clean and organized
- Ensures guest laundry and dry-cleaning orders are promptly attended to
- Notifies supervisor promptly of special guestroom issues or maintenance needs
- Handles guest complaints or requests and refers to supervisor if unable to manage
- Secures all rooms or suites upon leaving
- Provides the Radisson experience through genuine hospitality and exceeds guest expectations
- Uses teamwork and personal responsibility when providing guest service
- Listens and responds empathetically to guest problems, finds solutions, and follows through
- Performs other duties as required to provide 100% guest satisfaction and genuine hospitality
