Job Duties

  • Maintain clean and attractive guestrooms by making beds, changing linens, cleaning, dusting, polishing and vacuuming
  • Ensure windows, towels, supplies, and closets meet precise cleanliness and organization standards
  • Keep housekeeping closet and cart area organized and ready
  • Support coworkers by pitching in, training new staff, and participating in department events
  • Greet guests warmly and act as a Housekeeping Ambassador
  • Follow established safety and security policies and procedures, reporting issues to management
  • Anticipate potential problems and maintain a safe environment
