Job Duties
- Maintain clean and attractive guestrooms by making beds, changing linens, cleaning, dusting, polishing and vacuuming
- Ensure windows, towels, supplies, and closets meet precise cleanliness and organization standards
- Keep housekeeping closet and cart area organized and ready
- Support coworkers by pitching in, training new staff, and participating in department events
- Greet guests warmly and act as a Housekeeping Ambassador
- Follow established safety and security policies and procedures, reporting issues to management
- Anticipate potential problems and maintain a safe environment
