Job Requirements

  • Must pass security clearance according to company policy
  • Ability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to maintain guest privacy and follow cleaning procedures systematically

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
  • Clean vacant dirty rooms to guest ready status
  • Return occupied dirty rooms to occupied clean status within specified time
  • Maintain a crisp clean and professional appearance daily
  • Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart
  • Follow cleaning procedures outlined in training and company standards
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries immediately
  • Report discrepancies to Housekeeping Manager
  • Assist with cleaning other hotel areas such as lounges restrooms and public spaces
  • Follow general clean procedures every 90 days
  • Have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and safety measures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
