Job Description
AC Hotel Waco Downtown, owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Harrell Hospitality. The hotel aims to provide a stylish and harmonious experience for modern travelers, offering 182 guestrooms and approximately 15,000 sq. ft. of Meeting & Event space near the Silos and Baylor University.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- minimum of 6 months previous experience as a Room Attendant preferred
- physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, push and pull heavy carts, and stand or bend for extended periods
- ability to complete a minimum of 13 rooms per day meeting quality and time standards
- CPR and First Aid training preferred
- multilingual ability preferred
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs
