The Four Seasons Hotel Miami exemplifies this ethos as an urban sanctuary blending city vibrancy with tropical tranquility. Nestled in the upscale Brickell neighborhood, the hotel offers guests a two-acre pool terrace, a state-of-the-art fitness and spa center by Equinox, an acclaimed steakhouse known as EDGE Steak & Bar, and a remarkable art collection, all curated to provide a lifestyle-oriented experience. Employees at Four Seasons Hotel Miami are part of a dynamic team that helps guests connect to Miami’s vibrant cultural, dining, and entertainment scene through personalized recommendations and genuine hospitality.

The role of Housekeeper at Four Seasons Hotel Miami is an essential part of the guest experience, responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of guest rooms and public spaces. The Housekeeper is also responsible for managing room service trays and carts, keeping public spaces spotless, and occasionally assisting in lobby and house attendant duties during busy periods or absences. This role demands a positive attitude, physical stamina for bending and lifting, and the ability to work various shifts including overnight, weekends, and holidays. Candidates are expected to have at least one year of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel setting and to have good oral and reading comprehension of English. At Four Seasons, the Housekeeper is more than a cleaner — they are an ambassador of the brand’s hospitality values, creating impressions that last a lifetime for every guest and empowering a culture where everyone feels valued and treated with respect.
