Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical tasks required for housekeeping such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic proficiency in English for effective communication
  • Reliable transportation or means to commute to work
  • Willingness to adhere to all company policies and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus
  • Ability to follow procedures and maintain hotel standards
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner
  • Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized
  • Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC
  • Maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued to you
  • Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
