Job Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for housekeeping such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency in English for effective communication
- Reliable transportation or means to commute to work
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain hotel standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner
- Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized
- Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC
- Maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued to you
- Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
- Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
