The role of Room Attendant within our hotel is fundamental to achieving these standards of excellence. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and ensuring they meet not only our cleanliness criteria but also align with our brand standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities include cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, floors, and living spaces; changing linens; making beds; restocking amenities; and removing trash in accordance with our detailed safety and sanitation guidelines.

Additionally, the Room Attendant role involves close attention to detail and maintaining the overall presentation of guest rooms. You will be expected to identify any maintenance issues or room concerns and report these promptly to supervisors, ensuring that the guest experience is never compromised. Besides maintaining cleanliness, you will also uphold the organization and upkeep of cleaning carts, supplies, and work areas to ensure efficiency and readiness throughout your shift. Offering friendly and professional service when interacting with guests is also a key part of this role, requiring excellent interpersonal skills.
