Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong command of the English language
- Prior experience in cleaning
- Customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task

- Prior cleaning experience
- Customer service experience preferably in a hotel or related field
- Strong command of English including speaking, reading, and writing
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced position
- Effective multi-tasking skills
- Ability to communicate well with guests
- Experience working weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms
- Provide friendly, helpful, and exceptional service to guests
- Communicate effectively with guests to enhance their stay
- Follow Hyatt Place standards and procedures for cleaning and safety
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure overall guest satisfaction
