Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel housekeeping or similar role preferred
- strong attention to detail

- friendly and professional demeanor
- basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean all assigned guest rooms and public areas including changing linens and sorting laundry
- remove used towels and clean bathroom vanity, toilet, bathtub, mirror, and floor
- open windows in guest rooms to let in fresh air
- vacuum guest rooms, hallways, and public area carpets and remove trash
- report maintenance issues immediately to the maintenance team
- perform deep cleaning tasks for guest rooms and public areas
- keep master key and guest room keys secure
- restock and organize room attendant's cart and storage areas
- empty vacuum cleaners daily and take trash to outside dumpster
- report any potential safety or security hazards to management
