Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Clean and prepare guest rooms including picking up trash, changing linen, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning windows and mirrors
- Retrieve, stock, restock and store the housekeeping cart
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests as appropriate
- Report any damage, mechanical problems, or missing room equipment/items
- Promptly turn in found items with documentation to Lost and Found
- Participate in deep cleaning programs as assigned
