The position of Room Attendant is a crucial role within the Home2 Suites team. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to successfully complete tasks within prescribed timeframe

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms including picking up trash, changing linen, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning windows and mirrors
  • Retrieve, stock, restock and store the housekeeping cart
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests as appropriate
  • Report any damage, mechanical problems, or missing room equipment/items
  • Promptly turn in found items with documentation to Lost and Found
  • Participate in deep cleaning programs as assigned
