As part of the EOS Hospitality Group, The Barnes Hotel prides itself on core values such as Shared Accountability, Humility & Kindness, Creative Problem Solving, Collaboration & Community, and the philosophy of "Do Well and Do Good." This reflects in the hotel’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences along with fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment for its employees.
The Barnes Hotel offers competitive salaries and comprehensive benefit plans designed to attract and retain dedicated professionals in the hospitality industry. This role is a full-time hourly position with a wage rate ranging from $24.00 to $28.00 per hour. Employees are also entitled to an impressive suite of benefits, including various medical plans, dental and vision coverage, paid holidays, and retirement savings opportunities.

This position demands attention to detail and a dedicated approach to maintaining room hygiene and organization. Room Attendants are required to be familiar with all departmental policies, service standards, and correct equipment usage. Beyond cleaning duties, the Room Attendant must also monitor the condition of furniture and amenities, report damages, remove debris, restock minibar items, and arrange furniture according to the specified floor plan.
In addition to the physical tasks, this role requires excellent interpersonal skills to appropriately respond and address guest needs and queries, ensuring personalized and considerate customer service. Due to the fluctuating demands of the hospitality industry, employees must be flexible with their work schedules, including working holidays and weekends when necessary.
Physical demands of the job include bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds regularly.
