Job Requirements
- Must be able to successfully complete tasks in prescribed timeframe
- ability to work alone to clean all zones of the guest room/suite with an even temperament
- effectively communicate with our guests
- good eye for detail
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred
- good communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work independently
- basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Clean and prepare guest rooms including picking up and removing trash
- change linen and make the bed
- clean entire bathroom
- sweep, vacuum and dust guest room
- clean windows and mirrors
- retrieve, stock, restock and store the housekeeping cart
- respond to guest inquiries and requests as appropriate
- report any damage, mechanical problems, or missing room equipment/items
- promptly turn in found items with documentation to Lost and Found
- participate in deep cleaning programs as assigned
