The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by ensuring that every room meets the brand's cleanliness standards and is presented in a neat and inviting manner. This position involves cleaning guest rooms, including all bathrooms, floors, and living areas, changing linens, making beds, and restocking amenities to create a fresh and comfortable setting for each new guest. Room Attendants also remove trash and used items while following strict safety guidelines to protect both guests and staff. Additionally, they are responsible for reporting any maintenance issues or room irregularities to the supervisor to maintain the quality and safety of the accommodations.

In this role, attention to detail is essential, as the quality of cleaning directly impacts guest satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
