Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred

Job Duties

clean designated areas including restrooms public areas offices and banquet meeting conference rooms
perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures vacuuming mopping sweeping shampooing carpets washing windows cleaning waxing floors removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
greet guests in a friendly manner
respond promptly to guest requests and concerns
maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all assigned areas
follow safety and hygiene protocols
report maintenance issues timely
