Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds
Strong customer service skills
Thorough knowledge of menus

Job Duties

Take and serve food and beverage orders
Record all sales using the appropriate POS system and follow all cash handling procedures
Ensure alcohol awareness procedures are in place and notify supervisor of any guest incidents
Complete opening and closing side-work consistent with property expectations
Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room
Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management
