This chic hotel comprises 134 rooms and features a ground floor restaurant specializing in hearth-inspired Mid-Atlantic cuisine, a cozy and private craft cocktail bar, and an open-air seasonal rooftop bar that offers guests unparalleled views of the Potomac River. The role being offered is a Seasonal Rooftop Server Assistant position, reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manager. This role is non-exempt and plays a crucial part in supporting the dynamic team of hospitality professionals that maintain the hotel's famed restaurant and bar service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and enjoys balancing multiple tasks while providing outstanding guest service. The Assistant Server will be integral in supporting a busy, yet thoughtful, service environment on the rooftop bar, contributing to an unmatched guest experience that defines the Aparium Hospitality difference. This role requires a flexible, team-focused individual with a vibrant personality who is excited to engage with a diverse array of guests and teammates alike. Candidates should be comfortable navigating the organized chaos typical of a popular restaurant and bar setting, demonstrating attentiveness, courtesy, and a proactive approach in managing their responsibilities. Knowledge of food and beverage service coupled with a genuine curiosity to learn more in a continuous manner is valued.
