Job Requirements
- 2 years of management experience in hospitality or similar industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Organizational ability
- Passion for creating and personalizing guest experiences
- Food Handler Certification if applicable
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality or similar industry

Job Duties
- Daily evaluation of restaurant service performance
- Coordination of timely food production
- Participation in evaluation of food products and kitchen employee performance
- Development of selection and pricing strategy for liquors and wines
- Assisting General Manager in building financial objectives and budget processes
- Executing and improving annual marketing plans
- Managing cost control with focus on cost of sales and payroll
- Communicating with management, employees, and accounting staff
- Providing necessary training and regular performance evaluations
- Implementing ongoing training programs for management and staff
- Overseeing daily cleanliness of restaurant internally and externally
- Supervising all non-supervisory service employees
- Conducting interviews, hiring, training, performance appraisals, and coaching
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems
