Job Requirements
- Minimum two years management experience

- Volume restaurant/bar experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years management experience in hospitality
- Prior experience in bar operations preferred
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food and beverage service
Job Duties
- Lead and manage rooftop bar operations to ensure high-quality guest experiences
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events including concerts and DJ nights
- Motivate and supervise a team of hospitality professionals while fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace
- Oversee inventory and supply management to maintain efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations at all times
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Maintain organization and professionalism during fast-paced and unpredictable working conditions
