Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years management experience
  • Bar background preferred
  • Volume restaurant/bar experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years management experience in hospitality
  • Prior experience in bar operations preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food and beverage service

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage rooftop bar operations to ensure high-quality guest experiences
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events including concerts and DJ nights
  • Motivate and supervise a team of hospitality professionals while fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace
  • Oversee inventory and supply management to maintain efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations at all times
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain organization and professionalism during fast-paced and unpredictable working conditions
