Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work full time Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Ability to handle multiple phone lines
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Basic computer proficiency
Friendly and professional demeanor
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

Processing referrals and other correspondence
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors
Managing patient check-ins and check-outs
Maintaining accurate and organized patient records
Assisting with office administrative tasks as needed
Supporting healthcare staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
