Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Availability on Friday and Saturday with at least two weekends per month
Willingness to work full-time or part-time as needed

Job Qualifications

Previous leadership experience in food service or fast-paced retail environment
Strong communication skills
Comfortable using point-of-sale systems
Basic understanding of technology and performance tracking
Ability to multitask without compromising quality

Job Duties

Lead and support team during active shifts
Oversee cookie preparation, baking, and quality checks
Manage customer service and cash handling
Assign and rotate team members to specific stations
