Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 6 months of cooking experience preferred
- ability to achieve ServSafe certification within 90 days
- ability to complete Culinary Academy within one year
- willingness to work flexible and irregular shifts
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- ability to work in hot and cold kitchen environments
- ability to work near moving parts and loud equipment
- commitment to wearing personal protective equipment
- ability to handle food allergens safely
- strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3 to 6 months of related cooking experience preferred

- ability to interact with guests and team members professionally

Job Duties
- Perform basic to intermediate food preparation and cooking duties including washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring ingredients
- prepare salads and cold foods
- fry, stock, and batch cook
- assemble, garnish, and finalize presentation of completed dishes
- use and clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils including ovens, grills, fryers, broilers, and knives safely
- maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment working closely with Stewards
- learn to perform more advanced kitchen and cooking duties and assist other culinary team members
- assist in storing and rotating inventories as needed
- perform opening and closing duties
- work at other kitchens or venues as assigned
- perform job duties in compliance with departmental internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations
- perform other duties as assigned
