Job Requirements
- 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
- 2+ years of remote control pilot experience with excellent coordination and execution
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 8-10 hours with breaks
- Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Experience leading small teams
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the year
- Valid driver’s license and able to satisfy Amazon driver eligibility criteria
Job Qualifications

- Experience with commercial UAS industry
- Aviation safety experience as a Safety Officer or similar

Job Duties
- Lead daily mission planning and execution of complex drone operations
- Conduct comprehensive airspace analysis and secure necessary approvals
- Perform thorough pre-flight and post-flight system inspections
- Ensure equipment readiness through systematic maintenance checks
- Generate detailed mission reports and track operational metrics
- Manage mission-critical documentation and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives
