Job Requirements
- Skilled with tools, multimeters, and diagnostic software
- ability to read 2D mechanical diagrams and follow detailed procedures
- mechanically inclined and comfortable with hands-on work and repetitive repairs
- valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record within the past 12 months
- physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
- independent, reliable, and eager to learn

- proficient with hand tools, multimeters, and diagnostic software
- ability to read 2D mechanical diagrams

- independent and reliable
- eagerness to learn
- background in robotics, automotive repair, or electronics preferred
- experience in technical or shop-floor environments preferred
- leadership or management experience a plus
Job Duties
- Deploy robots each morning by inserting batteries, running diagnostics, and reporting readiness
- swap batteries, monitor status, and ensure smooth operation throughout the day
- keep work area clean and manage inventory of parts and tools
- assemble wiring harnesses, connectors, and install sensors including LiDAR and cameras
- diagnose and fix breakdowns using hand tools, diagnostic software, and multimeters
- perform service campaigns to upgrade parts or install new hardware
- respond to robot issues in the field approximately every three days
- retrieve or repair robots onsite with provided tools
- mount and test experimental modules as needed
