The Registered Nurse (RN) Shift Manager position at Emanuel Medical Center plays a crucial leadership role within the Nursing Department. Reporting directly to the Nursing Department Director, this full-time role specifically covers night shifts and comes with an attractive hourly wage range of $51.18 to $81.91, with individual wages determined by qualifications and experience. In addition, the position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 based on experience, making it a highly competitive opportunity.

The RN Shift Manager is responsible for coordinating nursing services during their assigned shift by utilizing nursing processes and organizational leadership skills. The primary goal is to ensure that patient care is delivered effectively and is appropriate to the patient’s age and developmental needs.
