Job Requirements
- Current California registered nurse license
- Two to five years acute nursing experience or equivalent
- Two years labor and delivery experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring AWHONN certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Managerial experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Two to five years of acute nursing experience or equivalent
- Two years of labor and delivery experience
- Managerial experience preferred
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring AWHONN Certification

Job Duties
- Coordinate nursing services during assigned shift to ensure quality patient care
- Assess and determine staff needs, collaborating with staffing coordinator and nursing leadership
- Assure patient care is appropriate to age and developmental level
- Support Nursing Department Director with administrative duties
- Oversee patient care standards and compliance during the shift
- Facilitate communication between nursing staff and management
- Promote a safe and efficient work environment
