Job Requirements

  • valid RN license
  • minimum of 3 years’ experience in surgical nursing
  • prior management or supervisory experience preferred
  • knowledge of robotic surgery and hybrid OR systems advantageous
  • strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • ability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Qualifications

  • registered nurse (RN) license
  • previous leadership experience in perioperative or surgical services
  • strong knowledge of advanced operating room technologies and surgical practices
  • ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • experience with quality improvement and regulatory compliance
  • excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • lead OR nursing staff and interdisciplinary surgical teams
  • oversee staffing, scheduling, and professional development of perioperative personnel
  • collaborate with anesthesia and surgical service line leadership
  • manage surgical supply chain and capital equipment planning
  • implement and monitor performance improvement initiatives
  • ensure regulatory compliance within surgical services
  • foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and patient-centered care
