Job Requirements
- valid RN license
- minimum of 3 years’ experience in surgical nursing
- prior management or supervisory experience preferred
- knowledge of robotic surgery and hybrid OR systems advantageous
- strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- ability to work flexible hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- registered nurse (RN) license
- previous leadership experience in perioperative or surgical services
- strong knowledge of advanced operating room technologies and surgical practices
- ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- experience with quality improvement and regulatory compliance
- excellent communication and leadership skills
Job Duties
- lead OR nursing staff and interdisciplinary surgical teams
- oversee staffing, scheduling, and professional development of perioperative personnel
- collaborate with anesthesia and surgical service line leadership
- manage surgical supply chain and capital equipment planning
- implement and monitor performance improvement initiatives
- ensure regulatory compliance within surgical services
- foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and patient-centered care
