The Nurse Manager position at Piedmont Medical Center presents a significant opportunity for an experienced healthcare leader to shape the operations and outcomes of a key hospital department. This role is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigned department or departments, ensuring high standards of patient care, effective budgeting oversight, staffing management, and quality assurance. The Nurse Manager acts as a pivotal link between frontline clinical staff and hospital leadership, accountable to the Director of the assigned department.
