Job Requirements

  • Valid RN license
  • at least 1 year of nursing experience
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with computer applications
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • excellent organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Active RN license in applicable state
  • minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
  • supervisory experience is a plus
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • team-oriented with excellent customer service abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee clinical care from admission through discharge
  • manage care delivery and supervise personnel
  • conduct caregiver orientation and competency evaluations
  • lead training, education, and skill development initiatives
  • perform both office-based and field duties, including home visits
