Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen catering or food service setting
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a high-volume fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Servsafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Must be available to work evenings weekends and holidays based on event and catering schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items for athletic events including grill fryer and prep station duties
- Assist with food preparation and plating for catered functions including banquets receptions and VIP suites
- Ensure food quality presentation and portion control meet established standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and concession area throughout service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines including proper storage and labeling
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other cooks and catering staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests during peak event times
- Support post-event cleanup and kitchen breakdown procedures
